Number three really stood out for me because the usual answer around here is "sorry can't help you - we only do in-house repair for items we sell." My first reaction is that I would rather shop for new equipment at places that offer services to assist with repairs in the first place rather than at all the fancy shops that won't help with older equipment. My Parabody 350 home gym was purchased new in the late 1990s. It is a great unit but one of the pulley cables was done; and I didn't expect to be able to obtain a replacement part, and thought I would have to fabricate the part. Lo and behold, Fitness Repair had the part, for a fair price, and shipped it to me (in Canada) in less than a week. Absolutely outstanding service!
